IPL 2022: Gujarat Titans announce partnership with boAt

One of the two new IPL franchises, GT announced this association through their social media handles. The post said, “boAt hard partnership 🤘😎

The Indian company that sells headphones stereos, travel chargers, premium rugged cables and earphones, was established in 2015. Imagine Marketing Services Private Limited, which owns boAt was incorporated in November 2013 by founders Aman Gupta and Sameer Ashok Mehta. One of the country’s leading direct-to-consumer companies has reportedly filed an initial public offering (IPO) upto INR 2000 crore with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) earlier this year. 

The Gujarat-based team-owned by CVC Capital Partners has been on a sponsorship signing spree lately ahead of the IPL 2022. Apart from this brand new association with boAt, GT have inked a sponsorship deal with Astral Pipes, Capri Global, toothsi, ACKO, Ather Energy and Meesho. 

Ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction, GT named Hardik Pandya, Rashid Khan and Shubman Gill as draft picks. The new franchise named Hardik as captain for its debut season in the cash-rich Indian T20 league.

Gujarat will commence their IPL 2022 journey on March 28 against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).
