Real Madrid, Ouro collaborate to provide innovative financial products to fans across the world

Ouro will be Real Madrid's men's and women's teams' exclusive partner for prepaid, debit, and credit card products.

The LALIGA outfit, Real Madrid have inked a strategic partnership with Ouro, a global financial services and technology innovator.

The two have agreed on cooperation to manufacture and sell co-branded financial solutions to fans in essential countries like the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Portugal, France, and the United Arab Emirates.

As a result of the partnership, Ouro will be the men’s and women’s football teams’ exclusive partner for prepaid, debit, and credit card products.

Ouro, an official partner of Real Madrid in these countries, will bring the Real Madrid brand and the advantages of the Madridista loyalty program together with its own branded goods and distinctive characteristics. Examples of these products involve its flagship brand, Netspend, which introduced prepaid debit to underserved consumers in the United States, and its more recent creation, X World Wallet, which provides a multi-currency wallet and payments app for multicultural, mobile consumers.

The two organisations have also begun collaborating on the creation of a co-branded financial solution that combines the Madridista Club membership’s loyalty advantages with a digital multi-currency wallet, which will be made available to supporters worldwide later this year. Loyal Real Madrid supporters can anticipate these payment options to bring them even closer to the action, with exclusive discounts and experiences at the point of sale and beyond.
