AC Milan extend sponsorship ties with Gatorade

Following the extension, Gatorade will continue to be the official sports drink partner of AC Milan's both men's and women's units.

The Serie A outfit, AC Milan have signed a partnership extension with the leading sports hydration company, Gatorade.

Following the extension, Gatorade will continue to be the official sports drink partner of the club’s both men’s and women’s units.

Through this extension, the brand will keep giving daily support to the players of the club by offering goods and instructional materials that are designed to sustain high endurance performance in sports by supplying the energy that muscles under stress require. Gatorade’s scientific foundation is based on research conducted at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI) on the effects of nutrition and hydration on the human body before, during, and following physical activity.

As part of the renewal, both bodies have expanded their partnership to include other PepsiCo brands. PepsiCo has been confirmed as the official supplier of the bars and refreshment areas at the San Siro Stadium, providing Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Seven Up, Lay’s, and Doritos brands for all home Rossoneri games.

Based in the United States, Gatorade is a food and beverage corporation best recognised for its unique variety of sports drinks. It is currently produced and distributed in more than 80 countries by PepsiCo. In 1965, a team of scientists under the direction of Dr. Robert Cade developed the drink. 

The unit has shown some sensational performance on the turf till now, and as a result, it is currently standing second in the league table. The club will be locking horns against SSC Napoli on Monday, October 30.
