The agreement will see the debut of a special line of headwear honouring the Rossoneri’s heritage.
In addition to reflecting AC Milan’s expanding influence in sport, fashion, and entertainment, the alliance unites two legendary brands that have been influential in the sports and lifestyle industries for more than a century. New Era’s position as the industry leader in headgear is further cemented by this partnership.
A variety of typical New Era styles are included in the debut collection, which also includes seasonal colourways and the iconic red and black of AC Milan. The line is aimed at lifestyle consumers. Each design bears the club crest of AC Milan in addition to the flag logo of New Era. The collection will be sold through New Era and AC Milan’s websites and retail locations, with further styles debuting as the season progresses.
On July 5, 123 59FIFTY caps, New Era’s most upscale headwear silhouette, will be launched in a special limited edition run to commemorate the 123 years since AC Milan was founded in 1899. The black cotton base of the fitting shape is embroidered with the team’s catchphrase, “We The Many,” and the club’s seven UEFA Champions League championships.
On July 5, at Slam Jam Milano Store, in the centre of Milan’s Brera neighbourhood, AC Milan and New Era will host a special event to mark the beginning of their new collaboration. Fans will have the chance to purchase items from the new collection and customise their headwear with a variety of different patches at the event, which will begin at 19:00 for the public.
