Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), owned by the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group (RPSG Group) and established in 2021, compete in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Since the Lucknow-based team debuted in IPL 2022, the unit has been one of the consistent teams by making it to the playoffs twice and is likely to secure a spot in the top four in the ongoing edition.
LSG made a promising start in IPL 2024 and are placed third on the league table with six victories in 10 matches, as of Sunday, May 5.
Under the leadership of KL Rahul, the team is determined to surpass its previous performances and claim the top prize. Their next challenge awaits as they host Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) tonight at 7:30 PM IST.
