The world’s first franchise-based supercross league, the CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) is scheduled to flag off tonight, i.e., January 28, at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune, India.
Panchshil Racing, SG Sports, Gujarat Trailblazers, BigRock Motorsports, Mohite Racing, and Reise Motorsports will compete in the league’s first season. Post tonight, the action will move to Ahmedabad and Delhi on February 11 and 25, respectively.
The goal of ISRL is to create a global spectacle—a remarkable show that would captivate Indian audiences like never before. International competitors have also been included in the league to test their mettle in a variety of forms and categories, which will also inspire Indian riders to reach levels that were previously unattainable.
