YES Bank joins forces with Team India for Paris 2024

YES Bank has been named the official banking partner of Team India for Paris Olympics.

The Indian Olympic Association (IOA), responsible for selecting athletes for major international competitions, has joined forces with YES Bank, a commercial bank, for the upcoming Paris 2024.

YES Bank has been named the official banking partner of Team India. The entity will be providing crucial financial backing to fuel athletes’ journeys towards Olympic glory.

This collaboration extends beyond traditional banking services. YES Bank has launched the inspiring “Milkar Jitayengey” campaign (meaning “Together We Win” in Hindi) to rally the nation behind its athletes.

Further demonstrating the commitment, the bank has introduced the ‘YES Glory Debit Card,’ a special card designed specifically for India’s Olympic athletes. Additionally, the ‘YES Glory’ savings account offers exclusive benefits to both the athletes and their immediate families. This unique account includes a complimentary welcome voucher for Taj Hotels, free consultations with orthopaedic specialists, and eliminates charges on currency conversion for international spending.

Athletes will also receive complimentary medical insurance coverage and gain access to an exclusive YES Glory Gold Debit Card. This limited-edition card offers enhanced privileges and recognition, along with complimentary access to international airport lounges.

IOS Sports and Entertainment, the official marketing agency of the IOA, brokered this strategic partnership.

Established in 2004 and headquartered in Mumbai, YES Bank is a leading private sector bank offering a comprehensive suite of financial products and services to a diverse clientele. The commercial bank recently served as an official partner for Chennai Singams in the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL).

A powerhouse in Indian sports and entertainment management, IOS Sports was established in Delhi in 2005. The marketing agency manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including iconic athletes like MC Mary Kom, Vijender Singh, Mirabai Chanu, Lovlina Borgohain, and Ashwini Ponnappa. The agency’s reach extends beyond individual talents, as it also handles marketing activities for prestigious organizations like the Athletic Federation of India (AFI) and the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI).

Founded in 1927, the IOA governs the Olympic Movement and Commonwealth Games (CWG) in India. Responsible for selecting and managing Indian athletes at major international events, the IOA has a long history of successful partnerships, including collaborations with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Reliance Foundation (RF), Adani Sportsline, JSW Inspire, and Amul.
