The National Paralympic Committee in Australia for the Paralympic Games, Paralympics Australia has announced a sponsorship deal with the Australian wing of the multinational fast-food chain, McDonald’s Australia.
Through the partnership with Paralympics Australia and the Australian Paralympic Team, McDonald’s will further deepen its commitment to community inclusion and empowerment.
This historic agreement demonstrates Maccas’ commitment to helping the country’s top para-athletes who hope to represent Australia in the Paralympic Games 2024 in Paris, which gets underway on August 28.
Additionally, it expresses the fast-food restaurant’s intention to support Paralympics Australia in its efforts to improve sport accessibility for the 20 percent of Australians who live with a disability.

In a recent move to further demonstrate its strong commitment to the growth of sports in the country, McDonald’s Australia also extended ties with the Australian Professional Leagues and strengthened its relationship with Melbourne City FC.
