Melbourne Stars secure sponsorship pact with five:am organic

As per the deal, five:am has been named the official partner of Melbourne Stars for the upcoming seasons of BBL and WBBL.

The Big Bash League (BBL) side, Melbourne Stars have secured a new sponsorship deal with the Australian yoghurt brand, five:am organic.

As per the deal, five:am has been named the official partner of the franchise for the upcoming seasons of the BBL and Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL).

Through this arrangement, the logo of the entity will be placed all over the team’s dugout, drinking stations, boundary ad hoardings, water runners, and LED. Furthermore, the brand will also have an activation where spectators can try and check out the products produced by the company. 

Blair Crouch, General Manager, Melbourne Stars, said, “We thank five:am for their support of the Stars this summer and we’re excited to be working with them this season. We hope we can help them reach more families across Australia through the WBBL and BBL, with more people enjoying their organic yoghurt.”

Chris Elliott, Chief Executive Officer, five:am, commented, “Five:am organic has its home in Melbourne which is where it takes milk from free range, grass fed cows and creates delicious organic yoghurts that is available in supermarkets across the country. We are proud to sponsor one of our local WBBL and BBL team, the Melbourne Stars who are actually one of the most supported sporting clubs for the 2023/24 season.

The partnership is a great fit because we share their commitment to nutrition & a healthy/active lifestyle and importantly we also have a shared ambition to develop more sustainable, healthier communities.  We look forward to meeting fans & giving them opportunities to taste our products on game days & events throughout the season.” 

Before this deal, the unit already amplified its sponsorship portfolio with brands such as 13cabs, Lite n’ Easy, and Dodo.

five:am organic, a company founded in 2010, manufactures organic and natural yoghurts that are distributed to major Australian retailers like Coles and Woolworths from its factory in Carrum Downs, close to Melbourne.
