The Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have announced a collaboration with the paint brand, JSW Paints.
Under the pact, the brand has been named KKR’s associate sponsor for the ongoing season. The JSW Paints logo will be prominently visible on the back of the Kolkata-based team players’ helmets and caps throughout the competition.
This alliance was announced via KKR’s official social media handles, with the caption, “We’re delighted to welcome JSW Paints to the KKR family as our Associate Sponsors for #TATAIPL2024!”
JSW Paints, a prominent company belonging to the JSW Group, produces industrial coatings and aesthetically pleasing paints. The brand uses paints that are renowned for their vibrant colours and long-lasting finishes to fulfil painting requests for residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
Along with signing a partnership with KKR, the brand also inked a collaboration with Delhi Capitals (DC) for IPL 2024.
Before this deal, the Knight Riders also developed sponsorship ties with Manipal Hospitals, BKT Tires, Dream11, ACKO, Advance Decorative Laminates, and Royal Green.
With a win from one game against SRH, the Shreyas Iyer-led unit sits comfortably third on the points table. The team will next travel to Bengaluru to face its arch-rivals Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Friday, March 29.
