ISL 2023-24: Bengaluru FC knit ties with Bombay Shirt Company

As per the development, Bombay Shirt Company has been named the official styling partner of Bengaluru FC for the ISL 2023-24 season. 

The Indian Super League (ISL) team, Bengaluru FC (BFC) have announced a new partnership with the leading shirt producer company, Bombay Shirt Company.

As per the development, Bombay Shirt Company has been named the official styling partner of the club for the ISL 2023-24 season. 

Throughout the year, the Bombay Shirt Company will have a brand presence at the BFC games as well as on the club’s official social media platforms. 

Speaking on this new alliance, Akshay Narvekar, Founder & CEO, Bombay Shirt Company, said, “Bombay Shirt Company is honoured to partner with Bengaluru FC and design shirts for their whole team. One thing sports and startups have in common is teamwork – on and off the field! 

Darren Caldeira, Director of Football at Bengaluru FC, said, “We are delighted to have a brand like Bombay Shirt Company on board at Bengaluru Football Club. This partnership involves two parties that are innovation-centric, and as a club, our vision to play football aligns with that of Bombay Shirt Company as a stylish brand. I’m keen to see the potential of this partnership come to life“. 

Before this deal, the unit had amplified its esteemed sponsorship kitty by adding companies such as JarDove Men+CareARC-Athlete RecoveryXPS NetworkSun KingEat Sure, and Jockey India.

Bombay Shirt Company, established in 2012, is India’s first online custom-made shirt brand. It opened its first store in 2014 and now has more than 16 locations across the country, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

Currently ranked ninth on the league table, the Bengaluru-based football club will look to do better in the upcoming games. The club will play its next encounter against FC Goa on Wednesday, October 25 at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru.
