Keeper Security scores multi-year partnership with Williams Racing

The agreement solidifies Keeper Security's role as an official partner of Williams Racing, granting them prominent brand placement across the team's racing platform.

Williams Racing, a British Formula 1 team and constructor, has announced a new multi-year partnership with Keeper Security, a leading provider of cybersecurity software solutions.

The agreement solidifies the security provider’s role as an official partner of the nine-time constructors’ champions, granting them prominent brand placement across the team’s racing platform.

The partnership brings the password manager to the forefront of F1 as the brand’s logo will be displayed on the overalls of the FW drivers Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant, as well as prominently featured on the FW46 race car throughout the 2024 season and beyond.

For the upcoming Miami Grand Prix, the cybersecurity company also secured additional branding space on the car’s front wing, further amplifying its visibility.

The partnership extends beyond the racetrack, with the digital security company’s logo appearing on the team garage, trucks, and team screens.

Significantly, the data protection company has also been named the official password security partner of Williams Racing, a move that underscores the ever-present need for robust cybersecurity solutions, particularly in light of human error in password management.

James Vowles, Team Principal, Williams Racing, said, “Our data is one of our most important assets and protecting it is paramount. Maintaining hundreds of passwords to keep our information safe and data protected requires robust and trusted systems. Keeper is the solution to these concerns, providing proven security for your information, and it is great to welcome them to Williams. Keeper also embodies the ethos of the team: excellence, pioneering innovation and relentless determination to succeed.”

Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder, Keeper Security, said, “Partnering with Williams Racing presents an exciting opportunity to showcase Keeper Security’s cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions on the global stage. The technological advancements and relentless pursuit of innovation synonymous with Formula 1 mirror Keeper’s mission to deliver next-generation protection for individuals and organisations worldwide. When seconds matter, both on and off the track, Keeper is driving powerful cybersecurity solutions that position our customers ahead of cybercriminals in the ever-evolving digital landscape.”

Keeper Security is a company that offers a variety of cybersecurity products, with a focus on password management and zero-knowledge encryption. The security software company helps individuals and businesses store passwords, sensitive data, and other credentials securely. Keeper uses strong encryption methods and multi-factor authentication to keep the information safe, even if the company’s servers are breached. The company also offers additional features like secure file storage and encrypted messaging.

The partnership with Keeper Security marks another positive development for FW in 2024. It joins a growing list of successful collaborations with companies like Coachbuilt WhiskySunGod and Komatsu. This influx of sponsorship demonstrates renewed confidence in the racing team’s future direction.

The team will be in action this weekend at the Miami International Autodrome for the Miami Grand Prix from May 3–5.
