In the 10th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, Delhi Capitals (DC) will take on Gujarat Titans (GT) on Saturday, April 2 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) Stadium in Pune at 7:30 PM IST.
Gujarat Titans beat their fellow entrant, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) earlier this week in a thumping manner to announce their arrival in the Indian marquee T20 competition. With several hard-hitters of the ball in their batting line-up, the team has the potential to do wonders in their debut season. The new skipper Hardik Pandya will take a lot of confidence from that win before his team takes on their upcoming opponent.
On the other side, Delhi Capitals will also walk into this game with a lot of confidence after beating the five-time IPL champions Mumbai Indians (MI) in their first game of the edition. The Rishabh Pant-led team prefers having a deep batting line-up, which helped them immensely in the previous game. Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel, who came out to bat at number seven and eight exploded in the death overs. The team coached by Ricky Ponting will look forward to continuing their momentum after coming out victorious on Saturday.
