The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has signed the dotted lines with the financial services platform, Groww, for the Asia Cup 2023, according to SportsMint’s sources.
In this development, Groww has been named the ‘Powered By’ sponsor for the highly anticipated competition.
The prestigious Asia Cup 2023 will kick off tomorrow i.e. Wednesday, August 30 with Pakistan taking on the tournament debutant, Nepal in Multan at 3 PM IST. The enthralling India vs Pakistan will take place on Saturday, September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
The upcoming edition of the Asia Cup will be jointly hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The final will be played on Sunday, September 17 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
Cricket enthusiasts could enjoy the high-octane new edition of the Asian cricket competition on Star Sports and its OTT platform, Disney+ Hotstar.
The official broadcaster of the Asia Cup 2023 has roped in Charged by Thums Up, Nerolac Paint+, Amazon Pay, Jindal Panther, My11Circle, MRF, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, Wild Stone and Thums Up as official broadcast sponsors.
The Asian cricket governing body also recently onboarded Super 11 Fantasy League as the title sponsor and ixigo as the co-sponsor of the Asia Cup 2023.
