The Indian travel booking platform, ixigo has announced its affiliation with the upcoming Asia Cup 2023.
ixigo has become the highly anticipated competition’s official co-sponsor. The 2023 edition of the Asia Cup will kick off on August 30 and will go on until September 17, 2023.
Through this association, ixigo looks forward to enhancing its visibility to more than 500 million viewers. As per the pact, the branding of ixigo will be displayed in vital positions at match venues along with TV and OTT through on-ground visibility and awards. The Gurgaon-headquartered company also released a campaign named “Ticket to Cricket” to seize the attention of cricket fans and its users. The most-awaited India-Pakistan fixture will take place on Saturday, September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

ixigo, owned by Le Travenues Technology Ltd, was launched in 2007 and is currently headquartered in Gurgaon. The Indian entity enables seamless travel booking through its associated apps and websites.
Via this collaboration, apart from receiving the much-needed exposure, ixigo could extensively present its services by helping individuals book flights, hotels, etc in the most convenient fashion.
The forthcoming Asia Cup is jointly hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka. After an underwhelming Asia Cup outing in the previous year, the Men in Blue will look to come all guns blazing this year to clinch the title. With the top Indian players overcoming their respective injuries, the seven-time Asia Cup champions, as of now, have a full-strength team and are the favourites to win the competition.
