The much-anticipated Spanish football league, LaLiga will kick off its 2022-23 season on Saturday, August 12 at 12:30 AM (IST). Osasuna and Sevilla FC will commence the season, while other clubs will play their first games over the weekend.

LaLiga has also agreed to a media rights deal with Saran Media Group, which will broadcast the league in Turkey. The Spanish top flight will also be accessible to Optus Sport subscribers in Australia. LaLiga will be televised in Turkey by Ziggo, and Premier Sports will broadcast it in the United Kingdom.
