Dream11 joins the IPL 2024 bandwagon with star-studded ad campaign

The ad campaign by Dream11 portrays the camaraderie and competitive spirit that defines IPL, delving into the dynamic relationships among players, fans and supporters.

Diving into the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 fever, Dream11, the popular fantasy cricket platform, has unveiled a star-studded campaign, ‘Team Se Bada Kuch Nahi’ (Nothing is Bigger Than the Team), featuring cricketers Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, the Pandya brothers (Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya), Shreyas Iyer, and legends like Krishnamachari Srikkanth and Mohinder Amarnath.

The newly released campaign also consists of celebrities like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Preity Zinta, Suniel Shetty, Supriya Pathak, Daler Mehndi, and Danish Sait.

The ad cleverly portrays the camaraderie and competitive spirit that define the IPL, delving into the dynamic relationships among players, fans, and supporters. Since its release, the ad has already garnered a whopping 74,030,123 views, highlighting the immense anticipation for the tournament.

The forthcoming IPL edition also sees Dream11 further solidify its presence in the cricket world, by becoming the principal sponsor of Gujarat Titans (GT) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), and the title sponsor of Punjab Kings (PBKS).

The creative force behind the campaign is Tilt Brand Solutions. The creative agency was also the brains behind Dream11’s viral “3 Idiots” inspired ad for IPL 2023, which took the internet by storm.

Dream11 is India’s biggest fantasy sports platform, allowing users to create virtual teams of real-life cricketers and earn points based on their on-field performances. Launched in 2008, Dream11 has grown to become a household name synonymous with IPL, revolutionising fan engagement with the sport.

Notably, in 2023, Dream11 also secured the prestigious title of Team India’s lead sponsor for the next three years.

The 17th edition of the IPL season kicks off on Friday, March 22, with the defending champions CSK taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at 8:00 PM IST.
