Sourav Ganguly, former captain of the Indian cricket team, celebrated his 51st birthday in grand style by unveiling his new app, Sourav Ganguly Masterclass. He also established a signature online course known as “Leadership to Greatness” on his app to motivate people from all walks of life by offering insights into his leadership style and how it can be applied in other areas of life.
Dada, as Sourav Ganguly is affectionately known, created his app with the assistance of Classplus, India’s top platform for assisting educators and content creators in the development and scaling of online courses. Particularly, he has been an investor in Classplus since 2020.
The first-of-its-kind instructional software from the former Indian cricketer is now available in the Play Store for all Android devices. The extensive course content is available in both English and Bangla. Importantly, Ganguly and Classplus will donate all course proceeds to disadvantaged children’s education.
The course “Leading with Greatness by Sourav Ganguly” addresses numerous areas of leadership, such as visionary leadership, team dynamics, guiding by example, and managing through adversity.

Ganguly not only shares vital leadership skills, but he will also give a detailed look into his renowned cricketing experience, game-changing actions, and vision for Indian cricket. The final lesson, “Leadership Beyond Boundaries: Impacting the World,” summarises his ideology of leaving a legacy by mentoring future leaders and sheds insight on his influence outside of cricket as well as the impact of his leadership.
