Patna Pirates inks partnership with WinZO

The Pro Kabaddi League outfit, Patna Pirates has penned down a partnership deal with one of the biggest social gaming app in India, WinZO. Following this association, the social gaming platform has been labelled as the associate sponsor of the Patna-based kabaddi franchise.

The announcement about this partnership was made through Patna Pirates’ official Twitter account, which was further retweeted by WinZO. The social gaming platform will be promoting its brand name by placing its logo at the back of the player jersey in the upcoming season eight of the PKL.

However, this is not the first deal that WinZO has secured in the PKL, the social gaming platform has signed two sponsorship deals with Bengal Warriors and Gujarat Giants, earlier this month. While it will promote the brand name by placing its logo in front of the player jersey in the PKL season eight.

Patna Pirates has been associated with Pro Kabaddi League since its inception in 2014. The Patna-based franchise is the most successful team in the PKL. They have won the precious PKL title thrice so far.

Apart from roping in WinZO as an associate sponsor, Patna Pirates have penned down two other deals. Pace International has been signed as the kit manufacturer of the franchise, while Mukand, a stainless-steel production company has joined forces with the team as their sleeve sponsor.

Patna Pirates will be commencing their PKL season eight against Haryana Steelers, which is scheduled on December 23 at 9:30 PM IST. The fans can watch the live-action of the upcoming season Star Sports Network and Disney+Hotstar.
