The Premier League unit, Manchester United have reportedly inked a sponsorship pact with Snapdragon, which is a component of Qualcomm Technologies.
Snapdragon is already one of United’s global partners. Snapdragon processors are used in some of the most high-end smartphones, gaming consoles, connected automobiles, PCs, and smart wearables available today.
Following this deal, Snapdragon will serve as the club’s new front-of-the-shirt sponsor from the 2024-25 season onward, as per reports. The club will have the brand’s logo featured on the home, away, and third kits of the men’s and women’s teams.
TeamViewer, which agreed to a five-year contract in 2021, is the club’s current jersey sponsor. In the previous year, both parties had agreed on an option for the club to acquire back the rights and search for a new long-term sponsorship contract.
Recently, the club also announced a new sponsorship deal with Paul Smith, Estée Lauder and extended its collaboration with Cadbury and adidas. Manchester United currently are 11th in the PL points table with six points. The side will next take on Brighton & Hove Albion F.C on September 16.
