FC Goa, the Indian Super League (ISL) unit, have added McDowell’s No.1 Soda to their esteemed sponsorship portfolio.
In this association, Mcdowell’s No.1 Soda has been named the associate sponsor by the team for the ongoing season of the competition.
The club unveiled the collaboration through its social media handles with the caption, “Join us in welcoming our 🆕 Associate Sponsor, @no1yaariofficial 🤝”
The Indian brand is owned by United Spirits Limited, which itself is a subsidiary of Diageo. The company majorly consists of three categories – whisky, brandy and rum and also contains bottled water and soda.
Apart from this brand new agreement, the Goa-based ISL team has also landed deals with Zixa Strong, GWave, Indigo Music, Stake News, and Fast&Up.
The club was founded in 2014 and has been competing in Indian top-flight football since then. FC Goa play their home fixtures at the Fatorda Stadium in Margao.
After putting up a good performance in the commercial field, the Gaurs are replicating the same outing on the field. The team played two fixtures so far and won both games. With six points, the team has acquired the third spot. The team will be next seen in action tomorrow i.e. Saturday, October 29 against Hyderabad FC at 5:30 PM IST.
