Fanatics prolongs e-commerce agreement with Cleveland Browns

Fanatics will continue to be the team's official end-to-end omnichannel retail partner.

Fanatics, a digital sports platform and licenced sports product seller, has extended its e-commerce agreement with the National Football League (NFL) team, Cleveland Browns.

Fanatics, which has administered the Browns’ online and mobile shopping platforms since 2014, will continue to be the team’s official end-to-end omnichannel retail partner.

Fanatics, Inc. is a sports betting and iGaming company based in the United States. It manufactures and sells licenced apparel, sports collectibles, NFTs, trading cards, and sports merchandise, as well as sports betting and iGaming.

As part of the arrangement renewal, all physical retail locations at FirstEnergy Stadium will now be supervised by Fanatics on game days.

Brent Rossi, SVP of Marketing and Media at Cleveland Browns, commented, “Fanatics has been an incredible partner and has offered Browns fans an extensive collection of merchandise since we started working together nearly 10 years ago, and we know they will bring that same high level of product quality and customer service to FirstEnergy Stadium. Browns fans will benefit from Fanatics’ overall approach to in-venue retail sales at the stadium on game days and throughout the year, including through an investment to refresh the Pro Shop and a shared experience during in-person and online shopping.”

Fanatics additionally stated that it will invest extensively in renovating stadium retail outlets in order to improve the fan experience and provide enhanced services both online and in-store. Customers will also be able to use FanCash, a Fanatics incentive that rewards them with each transaction.
