Capri Sports onboards Jinisha Sharma as director

Jinisha Sharma worked as the principal of ESG and Impact at Capri Global before entering elite sports.

The Indian investment firm, Capri Global has appointed Jinisha Sharma as the director of Capri Sports, confining her with the supervision of all sports operations, both current and potential future investments.

Capri Sports presently has four teams, which include the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) side, Bengal Warriors, Rajasthan Warriors in the Ultimate Kho-Kho (UKK), Sharjah Warriors in the International League T20 (ILT20), and UP Warriorz in the Women’s Premier League (WPL).

Additionally, Capri Sports’ most recent accomplishments include coming third in the WPL and putting together a roster at the recently-ended Pro Kabaddi League Auction.

Jinisha worked as the principal of ESG and Impact at Capri Global before entering elite sports. As a trustee with the Capri Foundation, she has worked closely with organizations and programs fighting for climate action and protecting marginalized populations, demonstrating her dedication to a sustainable and equitable future.
