Dole Italia will continue to helm the role of official health sponsor of Atalanta BC in the ongoing Serie A season.

The Italian football club, Atalanta BC have announced a partnership renewal with the multi-national fresh food producer brand, Dole Italia.

Following the renewal, Dole Italia will continue to helm the role of official health sponsor of the La Dea in the ongoing Serie A season.

A long-standing collaboration founded on shared values such as respect, loyalty, commitment, discipline, and passion. Dole Italia and Atalanta ‘partner up’ to increase awareness – particularly among younger generations – of the need to adopt a healthy lifestyle and combine nutritious food and a scheduled workout.

Romano Zanforlin, Commercial and Marketing Director of Atalanta BC, said, “It is always a source of great satisfaction for Atalanta to renew partnerships such as this one with Dole Italia, collaborations that are based on shared values. Being sensitive to younger generations’ needs is paramount for Atalanta, to say the least. Thanks to Dole Italia, we can further delve into topical issues such as nutrition and wellness”.

Giusto Curti, Managing Director of Dole Italia, stated, “We are delighted to renew our partnership with Atalanta BC, a collaboration that began in 2021. This is a source of great pride for Dole Italia as it allows us to keep growing while comparing ourselves to elite professionals on key topics such as nutrition and wellness. Besides being geographically close, we fully share Atalanta’s deep attention to the needs of the younger generations and their commitment to nurturing and raising talents, who are a key resource of our future”.

The club has already added companies such as OVET, Valtellina, Lactis, and Enel to its sponsorship portfolio.

Dole plc (formerly known as Dole Food Company and Standard Fruit Company) is a worldwide agricultural firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The company is one of the world’s major fruit and vegetable producers, employing 38,500 full-time and seasonal workers who sell 300 goods to 75 nations.
