Viacom18 Sports appoints Amit Kumar Sinha as Head of Pricing and Revenue Strategy

Amit Kumar Sinha has been roped in by Viacom18’s sports arm as Vice President & Head of Pricing & Revenue Strategy. Before signing for Viacom18 sports, he joined Sony LIV earlier this year in May 2021 as Associate Vice President.

For almost 10 years before being with Sony LIV, Sinha was allied with Star TV Network as AVP, Product & Revenue Strategy and worked on major genres’ Product & Revenue Strategy – Hindi GEC, Hindi Movies & Hindi News; Star Sports. He was also accountable for thinking and bringing Revenue Target of Cricket Portfolio of Star Sports, monitoring trends of markets, dayparts, TG behaviour etc regularly to get knowledge of the different genres and overall TV moment.

With over 15 years of experience, Mr Amit Kumar Sinha carries a great mixture of Business tactics, Marketing & Research for various programmes and events. In the past, he also got an opportunity to work with some well-known broadcasters which include Zee Group, Star India, UTV and ETV.
