The OTT platform, Sony Liv has roped in the Telegu star Rana Daggubati for their upcoming commercial. While as per recent reports, to promote Sony Liv in two Telegu-speaking states, Rana Daggubati will transform into a WWE artist for making the ad more interesting and attractive to the viewers.
The idea of Sony Liv signing Rana Daggubati might have a similarity to Disney+ Hotstar signing megastar Ram Charan Tej for promoting their brand. Ram Charan Tej’s new ad for Disney+Hotstar has caught quite the eye of the audience.
Following this success, Sony Liv also saw an opportunity to promote their OTT platform by signing Rana Daggubati. The Telegu star can be seen as a WWE artist in the OTT platform’s next commercial.
Apart from shooting his latest ad promo for Sony Liv, Rana Daggubati has been working on two other projects, “Virata Parvam” and “Bheemla Nayak”. The film Virata Parvam has already been shot and is expected to release on the OTT platform, Netflix.
