The Indian media broadcasting firm and the exclusive media rights partner for Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT), Viacom18 has launched a new commercial for the upcoming season which begins on Thursday i.e. July 13.
The premiere advertisement, “Every Table is a Playground,” intends to generate excitement among viewers for the fourth season and pique their appetite for seeing some of India’s most intriguing Table Tennis talent compete with some of the top players in the world.
The humorous commercial embodies tables and makes the case that utilising them just for that purpose will shorten their lifespan. The film attempts to persuade the viewer that the tables were always intended for something greater by describing the agonising origins of the tables used for diverse causes. The tone then shifts to show how every table will eventually turn into a playground and to give a sneak peek at the action-packed sequences from UTT.
The reigning champion Chennai Lions will take on Puneri Paltan Table Tennis on July 13 to commence the 2023 season of Ultimate Table Tennis. Six teams which include Goa Challengers, Puneri Paltan Table Tennis, Bengaluru Smashers, Dabang Delhi TTC, and U Mumba TT, will compete in a total of 18 matches throughout the league.
All matches from this league will begin every day at 7:30 PM IST on Sports18 and it will also be streamed live on JioCinema.
