Peshawar Zalmi signs FM 91 as radio partner

FM 91 was launched back in 2010 and it is owned by Interflow Umbrella Group.

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) outfit, Peshawar Zalmi has announced a partnership with the radio station, FM 91. Following the association, the radio station has been labelled as the official radio partner of the franchise ahead of the PSL season 7.

The Peshawar-based franchise announced the partnership through their official Twitter and Instagram handle. The team posted, “Announcing FM 91 as Peshawar Zalmi’s Official Radio Partner for #HBLPSL7. While FM 91 informed their listeners through their official Instagram and Facebook handles, they wrote Cricket fever is on!! We are proud to partner with Peshawar Zalmi for PSL7!

FM 91 was launched back in 2010 and it is owned by Interflow Umbrella Group. The radio station is based in Karachi, aiming to be an entertainment channel directed to young listeners.

Peshawar Zalmi has been making an appearance in the PSL since 2016. The Peshawar-based franchise is one of the successful teams of the tournament after lifting the title once in 2017, defeating Quetta Gladiators by 58 runs in the final.

Apart from FM 91, Peshawar Zalmi has signed partnerships with Red Bull as an energy drink partner, Hush Puppies as a footwear partner, One Degree as an athleisure footwear partner, Audionic as a sound partner, One as a merchandise partner, AVT Khyber as a regional media partner.

The team also extended partnership with Haier as title sponsor, Dawn Media Group as media group partner, and TCL as TV partner. Furthermore, the Pakistani actor, Mahira Khan has been appointed as the brand ambassador.

Peshawar Zalmi will hope to lift their second title this season as the team faces Quetta Gladiators in its opening fixture on January 28.
