The Pakistan Super League (PSL) team, Peshawar Zalmi have inked a partnership extension with Pakistan’s first Pashto language television channel, Khyber TV Channel.
With this extension, the channel will continue to remain the official regional media partner of the Peshawar-based side for the upcoming PSL 9.
The team via its social media handles, announced the extension with the caption, “Proud to continue our partnership with @avtkhyberofficial as Our Main Regional Partner (TV) for #HBLPSL9 📺”
Khyber TV, frequently referred to as AVT Khyber, is a Pashto satellite television channel that began broadcasting in July 2004. It is Pakistan’s premier Pashto-language TV channel.
Before this deal, the side also developed commercial ties with Gym Armour, Haier and Dawn Media Group.
The Babar Azam-led team will be hoping to replicate its 2017 success in the forthcoming season. The Zalmis are scheduled to play their opening game of the season against Quetta Gladiators at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on February 18.
