Mercedes F1 Team collaborates with Fastly

The collaboration will begin with the Hungarian Grand Prix, with the Mercedes F1 Team utilising Fastly's technology to enhance its digital and online fan experiences.

The Formula 1 team, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS has announced a new association with the world’s fastest global edge cloud platform, Fastly. In this new deal, Fastly is named the official global sponsor of the eight-time F1 world champions.

The long-term partnership tends to reflect the organisations’ strong commitment to fast, safe, and cutting-edge experiences – both on the track and digitally.

The collaboration will begin with the Hungarian Grand Prix, with the Mercedes F1 Team utilising Fastly’s technology to enhance its digital and online fan experiences. Fastly’s strong and configurable edge cloud platform enables the world’s leading brands to produce the swiftest digital experience possible, while also enhancing site performance, added effect, and enabling global innovation.
