The all-new professional cricket league in the United States (US), the Major League Cricket (MLC) has announced a partnership with an outdoor advertising firm, Mera Hoardings.

Following the partnership, Mera Hoardings has been labelled as the official outdoor partner for the inaugural season of MLC.

Mera Hoardings is an Indian outdoor advertising company that acquires, sells and delivers outdoor advertising services in India, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and the United States. The company’s major focus is on out-of-home (OOH) advertising, which connects supply-side (SSP) and demand-side (DS) bases with real-time databases to enable clients to find good billboard sites, availability and cost in only a few clicks.

The collaboration will see Mera Hoardings leverage its vast expertise in promoting sporting events via its large network to advertise the significant inaugural season of America’s first professional T20 franchise cricket competition through over 800 digital screens in the United States and more than 1,000 digital screens in India.

The inaugural season of this prestigious cricket league will begin on July 13 and conclude on July 30. The league’s goal is to generate public interest in this fascinating sport in the American belt.

The digital displays will depict a rotating cast of superstars who will compete in the tournament. Seattle OrcasMI New York, Texas Super Kings, Washington Freedom, San Francisco Unicorns, and Los Angeles Knight Riders are among the six teams competing, with rosters that include Faf du Plessis, Akeal Hosein, Mitchell SantnerWanindu HasarangaMarcus StoinisQuinton de KockWayne ParnellAnrich Nortje, and Marco Jansen.
