This new feature will only be accessible to new and existing subscribers of Disney+ Hotstar VIP and Disney+ Hotstar Premium. As a part of the feature, fans can join a virtual community which will allow them to watch and cheer for their favorite team, player with their friends and families and be a part of the real action.
Moreover, the fans will be able to share selfies and videos, with the help of in-stadia experience that is unparalleled in the world of sports.
Apart from this, in order to match the roar of the fans during a live match, fans will now be able to join in the action by expressing themselves using ‘Hotshots’ selfies or a new video feature ‘Duets’ that lets fan create customised videos of their Dream11 Heroes and the best of them will be showcased on Star Sports during the match time.
In addition, Disney+Hotstar has tied up with leading telecom companies in India – Jio and Airtel through which they will offer exciting prepaid recharge plans bundled with a 12-months subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP which would offer live streaming of IPL to the customers and also cover all the cricket matches coming in the year ahead.
