In the 62nd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, Gujarat Titans (GT) will host Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad tonight i.e. Monday, May 15 at 7:30 PM IST.
GT take optimism in their consistency and will be anticipating putting on a strong effort against SRH tonight after a generally lacklustre performance at the Wankhede Stadium. GT are comfortably at the top of the standings with 16 points after 12 games. Except for Rashid Khan, who excelled against Mumbai Indians (MI), the team had a disappointing game with both bat and ball. To be in playoff contention, SRH must win all of their matches, which will not be easy against the reigning champions. In the lower middle order, Abdul Samad is also showing extravagant performances lately. SRH need the middle order to show some more intent while bowlers also to outshine the batters.
