The Women’s Premier League (WPL) team, Gujarat Giants (GG) have inked a sponsorship deal with the paint brand, JSW Paints.
In this development, the brand has been named the team’s principal partner for WPL 2024.
This announcement of the association was made via GG’s official social media channels, with the caption, “#ThinkBeautiful 🤝 Think Like a Giant. 🧡We are proud to welcome onboard JSW Paints as our Principal Partners for WPL Season 2. 🙌”
As an entity of Jindal Steel Group (JSG), JSW Paints is an Indian paint company that supplies interior and outdoor paints for homes and other constructions. With a pan-India presence, the organisation prioritises creativity and provides its clients with accuracy and efficiency in their operations.
Prior to this deal, the team also developed commercial ties with HDFC Life, Joy, Fortune Foods, and Ambuja Cements.
On the other hand, JSW Paints has also inked partnerships with UP Warriorz and Delhi Capitals for the ongoing season of the WPL.
Having played one game yet, the Giants faced defeat against the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI). The side will hope to turn things around and win its first game against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) tomorrow at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
