The Women’s Premier League (WPL) team, UP Warriorz (UPW) have announced a sponsorship agreement with the paint brand, JSW Paints.
Following this deal, JSW Paints has been named the associate sponsor of UPW for the second edition of WPL. As per the deal, the brand’s logo will be featured on the leading side of the team’s helmet.
The franchise announced the new deal on its various social media handles, with the caption, “Mixture of two colours, brings out the best partnership 🤝 Welcoming our associate partner, @jswpaints 🙌”
JSW Paints, a Jindal Steel Group (JSG) entity, produces interior and exterior paints for homes and structures. The organisation has a pan-India reach and concentrates on creativity while providing precision and efficiency to its clientele. In one of the recent developments, the Indian company also inked an association with yet another WPL team, Delhi Capitals (DC).
Before this deal, the team also inked a partnership with the Katrina Kaif-founded beauty brand, Kay Beauty.
The Alyssa Healey-led team will begin its WPL 2024 campaign against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) tomorrow, February 24, at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. The franchise finished third in the previous season and will strive to improve in the upcoming season.
