The Primera División team, Club Atlético River Plate have announced that they have expanded their partnership deal with Codere. With this newly signed contract, the company will also now be the main sponsor of the Argentinian football club.
The multinational corporation, which has a huge foothold in the European and Latin American gaming sectors, will now have its logo featured on the front of the jersey for the club’s official game and training shirts.
Jorge Brito, President of Club Atlético River Plate, commented, “Codere is a sponsor that we already know and with whom we have gone through a very important journey. It is a source of pride that such a prestigious international brand continues to trust in River and that it chooses to enlarge the agreement and be our ‘main sponsor’.
“We are very happy with this new opportunity that has been generated, so that River and Codere can strengthen each other.”
The initial partnership between both organisations began in July 2021, when Codere was designated as the club’s official betting partner for four seasons.
Besides that, both entities have highlighted their ‘greater rapprochement’ with the Argentine people through a range of projects and feedback provided by followers.
