Leading consumer electronics manufacturer, Casio has signed a partnership deal with the AFF Suzuki Cup 2020. The watch brand will become the Official Timekeeper partner of the tournament.
As the Official Timekeeper of the tournament, Casio will enjoy exclusive brand exposure across the tournament’s platforms, including visibility through perimeter advertising boards, backdrops and signages, tournament collaterals and the event’s digital channels.
Casio will also be seen promoting its products through on-screen exposure and in-stadia commercials at each match. It will also hold various promotional fan engagement activities during the games in the tournament.
Casio will also develop a branded countdown clock on the event’s official website, an animated clockface on TV graphics, and branding on the referee board for precise timekeeping. In addition to these creative ideas, Casio will also carry out several marketing campaigns and events across the participating countries.
The G-SHOCK brand focuses on four areas of culture: sports, fashion, music, and art. In the world of athletics, Casio has supported the development of various sports with its G-SHOCK brand by actively signing sponsorship deals with athletes. As part of this deal with AFF, Casio will promote football in the ASEAN region.
