The Pakistan cricket team captain, Babar Azam has signed a partnership renewal with the longest-running bat-making company in the UK, Gray-Nicolls.
With this development, he will prolong to use the Gray-Nicolls bats and accessories while he bats.
He first signed a partnership with Gray-Nicolls in the year 2020. The 28-year-old star batter has recently been awarded the prestigious Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for being the ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year 2022. He was also adjudged the ICC Men’s ODI Cricketer of the Year 2022, along with being named the captain of the ICC ODI Team of the year 2022.
Till now, Babar has scored 3696 runs in Tests with an average of 48.63, 4813 runs in ODIs with an average of 59.42, and 3355 runs in T20Is with an average of 41.42.
He will be back in action in the forthcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL), where he will be leading Peshawar Zalmi.
