Zong 4G collaborates with myco to deliver Premier League streaming in Pakistan

Following the agreement, the Zong 4G users will receive access to stream Premier League (PL) games on My Zong App.

The Pakistani telecommunication company, Zong 4G has announced a partnership with the top OTT platform, myco to provide the streaming of the Premier League (PL) in Pakistan.

Following the agreement, the Zong 4G users will receive access to stream the English top-flight games on My Zong App.

myco possesses the official streaming rights to the English top flight in Pakistan.

Furthermore, with the association’s help, users can also watch the live action of the National T20 Cup and the domestic T20 competition of Pakistan on My Zong App. 

Both bodies have always shown keen interest in partnering to deliver coverage of different sporting competitions in the country. The two parties also recently teamed up to deliver free coverage of the recently concluded ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. 

myco has profound experience in providing coverage of sports action coming from around the world, which makes the entity an established brand in the Pakistani sporting sector.

Previously this year, the OTT portal held the digital streaming rights to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) in North Africa and the Middle East. 

Also, the telecommunication brand, Zong 4G has made its advent to prosper the culture of esports in Pakistan by launching Zong Engage, the premier esports platform in the country in October this year.

Owned by Chinese Mobile, Zong 4G was established in April 2008, with its headquarters in Islamabad. It is the second-biggest mobile service provider in Pakistan, with 47 million users out of which 33 million of whom are 4G/LTE users. With more than 14,000 4G-enabled locations nationwide, it holds a 24% market share among all cellular carriers nationwide.
