Venum to remain UFC’s exclusive global outfitting partner until 2029

The extended contract will allow UFC and Venum to continue designing fight week clothing for fighters to use throughout training.

The world’s premier mixed martial arts entity, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has announced an exclusive global apparel partnership renewal with the combat sportswear specialist, Venum.

Venum will remain the UFC’s exclusive global outfitting partner until 2029 as part of the contract. The original agreement between the two parties was signed in 2020, when Venum replaced Reebok as the UFC’s gear supplier, and was later extended in August 2022.

IMG, a sports marketing agency that is also controlled by UFC’s parent company, Endeavour, arranged the agreement between the two parties, as it has done in prior Venum-UFC collaborations.

The contract will allow UFC and the French brand to continue designing fight week clothing for fighters to use throughout training as well as official activities like weigh-ins and open workouts.

Additionally, the two will keep working together on the exclusive Fight Night Collection, which includes the clothing worn by fighters during their walkouts and the fight kits that competitors wear in the Octagon.

Along with this, the brand will keep equipping UFC Performance Institute employees globally, including at locations in Mexico City, Shanghai, and Las Vegas. From now on, UFC and Venum also want to issue two new special collections annually.

Tracey Bleczinski, UFC’s Senior Vice President for global consumer products, said, “Venum has been an amazing partner these past few years and we are thrilled to continue our relationship with them through the end of the decade. The key to the success of this partnership is that Venum understands the unique needs of the fighters competing in the Octagon.”
