RISE Worldwide bags on-ground sponsorship rights for India vs West Indies ODI series

RISE will provide advertisers with rights on LED perimeter signage on the boundary, LED sight screen, etc.

The sports marketing company, RISE Worldwide has bagged the exclusive on-ground sponsorship rights for India vs West Indies ODI series from the Gujarat Cricket Association. The three-match 50-over series will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium (formerly known as the Sardar Patel Stadium), in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

As part of the agreement, RISE will provide advertisers with rights on LED perimeter signage on the boundary, LED sight screen, boundary rope, LED walls, and stand branding. It will be intriguing to witness how well RISE will be able to monetise the rights as only three days are left for the bilateral series to commence. 

The three ODIs will be played on February 6, 9, and 11. In the past, sports marketing firms like Twenty-First Century Media (TCM) and ITW Sports managed the on-field rights for the majority of Indian stadiums.

RISE Worldwide will assist them in strategic career management as well as revenue generation through brand endorsements and licensing.

The home series against West Indies begins on February 6 in Ahmedabad, and it will be team India’s 1000th ODI match.
