The National Basketball Association (NBA), Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA), and USA Basketball have teamed up with Kendall-Jackson Winery and La Crema for a multi-year winery partnership.

Kendall-Jackson takes the centre court as the official wine of the NBA and USA Basketball, encompassing both men’s and women’s teams.

La Crema, on the other hand, will be uncorking celebrations as the official wine of the WNBA and the USA Basketball Women’s National Team.

The agreement includes activations at key league events like wine tastings, educational seminars, and commemorative merchandise for players, coaches, and fans.

Basketball enthusiasts can also expect to see Kendall-Jackson’s presence at the NBA Con, NBA All-Star, and NBA Experiences Dinner Series, further enriching the fan experience.

Julie Morris, NBA Senior Vice President of Commercial Development and Media, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Kendall-Jackson to the family as the NBA’s official wine partner and look forward to future collaborations across the broad portfolio of Jackson Family Wines brands.”

Located in Sonoma County, California, Kendall-Jackson Winery is a family-owned establishment known for its high-quality wines, particularly Chardonnay. Founded in 1983, the premium wine brand has become a benchmark for California winemaking.

Founded in 1979, La Crema draws inspiration from Burgundian techniques to create small-batch Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The French-inspired winery’s meticulous production methods result in elegant, well-balanced wines known for their consistent quality.

The NBA season is nearing its end, with the regular season wrapping up on April 14. The WNBA Draft takes centre stage on April 15 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, with the Indiana Fever holding the coveted number one pick.

Team USA Basketball is gearing up for the Paris Olympics 2024. They’ve got their sights set on extending their dominance, aiming for a fifth straight gold medal in men’s basketball and potentially an eighth for the women’s team.
