Madrid Open inks title sponsorship renewal with Mutua Madrilena

Mutua initially became Madrid Open's title partner in 2006.

The tennis tournament in Madrid, Madrid Open has renewed a deal with a Spanish insurance company, Mutua Madrilena. Following this announcement, the brand will remain the official title sponsor of the tennis tournament until the end of 2027.

The Madrid Open, one of nine ATP Masters 1000 and four WTA 1000 required tournaments, will be renewed for five years beginning next year, and will also incorporate the tournament’s sub-16 youth competition.

Mutua initially became Madrid Open’s title partner in 2006, before signing a short-term arrangement in April to protect this year’s contest, which ran from April 26 to May 8.

The Endeavor-owned IMG acquired the entirety of the Madrid Open and the Open de Espaa golf tournaments from Super Slam Ltd and its partners earlier this year.
