Adding yet another sponsor to their illustrious portfolio, the IOA also known as the Indian Olympic Association has also roped in Adani Group as a sponsor, the secretary of the IOA Rajeev Mehta announced the sponsorship deal.
Adani Group will be sponsoring the Indian Contingent at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, the deal will be the 14th sponsor that has signed up for the Indian Contingent with the IOA for the Tokyo Olympics 2020, with Amul, INOX Group, Edelweiss, MPL – Sports Foundation, Herbalife, Raymond’s, Nippon Paint, JSW and Sports for All. Adani Group also joined the list of the many sponsors of the IOA.
Adani group will continue to sponsor the Indian Contingent beyond the Olympic games in further events as well. The deal will help both parties involved as it will help Adani Group enhance their global outreach and the IOA will generate more revenue for the individual athlete’s cash prizes who won a medal at the Olympics.
Team India won its first silver medal of this year’s event in Weightlifting and there are hopefully many more to come, the sponsorship deals continue to come for the IOA as Adani Group proves to be the 14th sponsor for this year’s Olympic games.
