ICM Partners has decided to continue investing in football by acquiring the London-based Stellar Group. The Hollywood talent agency has decided to become one of the foothold names in football by acquiring Stellar Group.
The London-based agency has been representing multiple athletes across different sports. However, football has been the main focus of Stellar Group over the years. Gareth Bale, Daniel James, Jack Grealish, Mason Mount, and Saul Niguez are some of the top footballers represented by the Stellar group.
ICM Partners has a proven track record of representing some of the biggest personalities in Hollywood. The likes of Beyonce, Samuel L. Jackson, and J.Cole are some of the high profile clients of ICM.
The Hollywood talent agency is likely to help the footballers to sort out commercial deals and broker transfers in the future. It remains to be seen whether ICM will also start investing in other sports to become a powerhouse in the industry.
ICM Partners is not the first Hollywood enterprise to invest in football. Rocnation, an entertainment agency found by Jay-Z, has been managing some of the biggest stars in football, such as Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku, in the past 18 months.
