Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, a star custodian for India, renewed his agreement with the sportswear company Puma India. This new deal has been inked for another four years.
With this contract, he becomes the first football player from India to sign and stay with the same company for nearly seven years.
Talking about the same, Sandhu said, “I am happy that the association with Puma has continued. They have been a great support not just for me but also for the entire sporting community. I hope our partnership inspires the younger generation to take up the sport.”

Gurpreet has won a number of recognition, including being the first Indian to play a competitive match for a top-tier European club, Stabaek FC. He also made history by becoming the first Indian to play in the UEFA Europa League.
The list of Puma India’s ambassadors is extensive and also includes athletes like Virat Kohli, Harmanpreet Kaur, Sunil Chhetri, MC Mary Kom Avani Lekhara, and others.
