FTX to be cryptocurrency partner of ICC events

FTX will commence its partnership with the ICC events from the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

The cryptocurrency exchange, FTX Trading Limited (“FTX” or “The Company”), announced its global partnership with the International Cricket Council (ICC). FTX will be the cryptocurrency exchange partner for ICC events. 

In this agreement, FTX will commence its partnership with the ICC events from the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in October, which is hosted by India, staged in the UAE and Oman till the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, which will also be hosted by India in 2023. Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups; Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups; Men’s U19 Cricket World Cup, and Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers are the ICC events, which are included in this collaboration. 

While commenting on this agreement, the CEO and Founder of FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried said, “Cricket is a long-established sport with deep a history and team ties that go back generations.
