Crystal Palace FC build alliance with About Vintage

Following the agreement, Vintage has been named the official watch partner of Crystal Palace FC for the ongoing PL edition 2023-24.

The Premier League (PL) team, Crystal Palace F.C. have secured a brand-new partnership with the Danish watch company, About Vintage.

Following the agreement, Vintage has been named the official watch partner of the South London-based club for the ongoing PL edition 2023-24.

Alongside the agreement, a unique watch designed especially for Crystal Palace supporters, the Selhurst Park 1924 – 2024 Sportchronograph, will be unveiled later this week.

With a brushed stainless steel case, the watch design will come with a navy silicone strap or a 3-Link stainless steel bracelet. Featuring “South London & Proud” and “100 years at Selhurst Park” on the dial as an early celebration ahead of the stadium milestone in 2024, the watch itself is crammed full of allusions to the rich history of the club.

The watch will also have the feature of a pulsometer scale, that will help to know about the heart rate. The club’s crest and an embossed logo are included on the stainless steel case back and crown, respectively.

Barry Webber, Commercial Director of Crystal Palace, said, “As part of our commitment to our supporters to bring them a broad range of quality products, we’re delighted to announce this new partnership with About Vintage. About Vintage have strived to create a stylish watch built with precision and care, to help celebrate Selhurst Park’s upcoming centenary, which is a place in the hearts and minds of all Palace supporters.”

Thomas Andersen, Co-founder of About Vintage, commented, “Our company’s purpose is to keep track of moments in time, which is why it felt so fitting to help celebrate the 100 Year anniversary of Selhurst Park. In partnership with Crystal Palace, we believe we have created a truly special timepiece to be enjoyed by dedicated fans and players alike.”

The Eagles have secured 12 points in their 10 games, so far, with three wins and draws each, and four defeats. The unit is currently standing 13th in the league table. The club will be facing off against Burnley in its next game on Saturday, November 4.
