The sports marketing agency, Baseline Ventures has announced the onboarding of the Indian shooter, Sift Kaur Samra, to its talent roster.
As a part of the deal, Baseline Ventures is going to represent the world record holder in all commercial-related matters, which particularly include brand endorsements, sponsorships, and licensing.
Sift Kaur Samra’s exceptional showing at the Asian Games 2022 50m Rifle 3 Positions event, where she achieved a historic gold medal, marked India’s first triumph in this category. She not only achieved a new world record, but she also contributed greatly to the team’s triumph, winning a silver medal in the Women’s 50m Rifle three positions team event at the same Games.
Moreover, Sift also clinched the Asian Champions qualification round, but she chose not to play in the finals due to her earlier qualification.

Sift made the daring choice to abandon her MBBS education at GGS Medical College in Faridkot to follow her passion for shooting. Her steadfast passion and exceptional talent have shone through her whole career. She has five Junior World Cup medals to her name. In 2022, she won a gold medal at the National Games and her first ISSF World Cup bronze medal in the 50-meter rifle three-position event.
The 22-year-old further created history by acquiring an Olympic quota for the Paris 2024 by coming fifth in the women’s 50m rifle three positions event at the 2023 ISSF World Championship in Baku.
