Asti Docg retains the title as official sparkling wine of ATP for two more years

This renewed agreement between Asti Docg and ATP covers ATP Tour, Nitto ATP Finals, and the Internazionali BNL d'Italia through the 2025 season.

The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), a governing body of men’s professional tennis circuits, has announced a two-year extension of its partnership with Asti Docg, a sparkling white Italian wine.

This renewed agreement has ensured Asti Docg will remain the official sparkling wine of the ATP Tour, Nitto ATP Finals, and the Internazionali BNL d’Italia through the 2025 season.

The partnership offers Asti Docg significant brand exposure throughout the ATP Tour calendar. Fans will continue to enjoy Asti Docg at official functions for both the ATP Tour and Nitto ATP Finals. Tournament attendees in Turin and Rome will witness prominent on-court branding, along with dedicated placement within hospitality areas. Asti Docg will also maintain a presence during award ceremonies and engage directly with fans through a dedicated booth in the Fan Village.

Commenting on the renewal, Rodolphe Tastet, ATP Tour Vice President, Partnerships & Business Development said, “We’re delighted to extend our partnership with Asti Docg, a journey we started in 2021. Our collaboration has enhanced the experience of both fans and players, and we look forward to continuing to showcase Asti’s exceptional sparkling wines on our global stage.”

Stefano Ricagno, President of the Consortium for the Protection of Asti Docg wines said, “Asti Docg has always been dedicated to excellence, and through our collaboration with the ATP, we have been able to share our passion for premium sparkling wines with tennis fans worldwide. We look forward to building on our success together over the next two years.”

This extension comes on the heels of a series of successful partnerships recently announced by the ATP, including a five-year deal with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), a renewal with Infosys, a multi-year partnership with Yokohama Rubber, and a partnership extension with the global leader in home appliances, Haier.

Asti Docg is a sparkling sweet white wine from Italy’s Piedmont region. Made primarily from Moscato Bianco grapes, it’s known for its light, refreshing style and aromas of white peach, honey, and acacia. Today, it’s one of Italy’s most popular wines, enjoyed for its bubbly character and easy-drinking nature.
